I know what it's like to want to see results. I’ve been there – completely new to the gym, with little idea about what I was doing or how to do exercises with proper form. I was a ‘skinny-fat’ teenager struggling to see any size on my legs. And yes, I also fell into the trap of thinking that cardio is the best way to ‘lose stubborn belly fat'.
But over time, I have seen significant improvements in my strength and physique that, a few years back, I didn’t think I was capable of.
I invest time and effort to enhance my own knowledge and experience – all to ensure that I can benefit you to the maximum. As well as being a qualified personal trainer, I also hold a 1st Class Honours degree in Human Physiology.
