Hey I’m Jay 

 

I have been on my own fitness journey for about 5 years ago now! I started as a cardio bunnie, too scared to touch the weights and lacking confidence to go and ask for help. Fast forward to now, where I have found a passion for powerlifting and strength training! 

 

In the past year I have pushed myself out my comfort zone to compete at regional and national level and I am currently prepping for a photo shoot at the end of the year!

 

My mission is to help women gain confidence in the weights area, perfect their form and technique and learn to fall in love with the process and not just the results.
