Hi, Im Jay one of the personal trainers here at Pure Gym Stockport North.
I became a personal trainer as I developed a personal interest in health and fitness and wanted to work with my passion.
My passion is is boxing and the fundamentals of the training. I want to make boxing accessible to everyone and bringing it to a commercial gym means that I can reach people that otherwise would not consider boxing as a form of their training. The benefits of boxing training is endless but I will improve your cardiovascular fitness, physical strength, mental strength and is also an amazing fat burner. I can guarantee you will see results fast and enjoy the process along the way.
Alongside boxing I also have a big passion for weight training and the benefits that strength training brings, increased physical strength, muscle mass and fat loss.
