Jay Maly

As a former short-distance athlete, fitness/fashion model and part of the Team GB Olympic coaching staff for athletes in Track, as well as their Strength and Conditioning Coach.

I’ve managed to take the blueprints I’ve created over my life to train silver and gold-winning athletes to people from all walks of life. From those who are just starting to take their health seriously, to those who want to reach a new level of fitness.

Every piece of knowledge and expertise I have is put into creating custom-tailored programmes for my clients to achieve their goals.

When I work with my clients, we first go through a series of exercises that show me how your body reacts to each exercise in terms of muscle development, recovery, and growth.

Fitness can be a challenge and if you’re my client, I will always push you to get to your best but I will also make sure you’re rested enough to keep progressing.
