I pride myself on delivering extremely high levels of service, from bespoke training programmes and personalised nutrition to individualised support both in and out of the gym in order to deliver maximum return on investment in our services.
Having worked in mainly private gyms, I’ve been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients from all walks of life, helping each of them to achieve results they never thought possible, working around busy work schedules and unpredictable family life.
Now I’m here at Pure Gym Millhouses, I look forward to being able to help those of you that are new to the gym, looking for more confidence in an unfamiliar and sometimes scary environment, through to the seasoned gym goer, whose results have stalled and need a kick start.
