If you are reading this you may be looking for help towards reaching your fitness/strength or weight loss goals and I can confidently state that I am the person to help you achieve these. I aim to do this by: showing you how to exercise correctly, pushing you beyond what you think you can do and show you that you can improve your health by committing to a more active lifestyle and being conscious of your diet.
I see fitness holistically and believe that it encompasses all aspects of health. As well as improving your physical health through exercise, it has been shown that exercise can help improve your mental health too. As you work on improving your physical health and mental health, I will use my knowledge of nutrition to help you make more educated and better food choices, that paired with your new exercise routine will have you feeling better and performing optimally week on week.
Fitness and improving your health is a journey and one that I am always happy to be a part of. I love to have a good laugh during sessions and you will always feel comfortable and supported while also being pushed to work hard and be the best version of yourself you can.
