I have always enjoyed sport and fitness, however I did have an on/off relationship with exercise and food for a long time. Following my own fitness journey (five stone down) I really changed my lifestyle and found my passion for fitness.
I will use this passion to help you achieve your health and fitness goals and guide you along your journey with tailored training plans, 1-2-1 sessions, weekly check-ins and nutritional advice.
I am also passionate about promoting the benefits exercise can have on improving mental health and wellbeing. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health and exercise can benefit both.
I am an outgoing and bubbly person but I am also patient and understanding. I will make exercise as fun as I can whilst targeting your goals. Please don’t be shy, feel free to say hello and have a chat to me after a class or if you see me around the gym.
