My passion for health and fitness came from being overweight child and then underweight teenage. Due to health issues and resulting social pressures I found a way to cope by attending the gym regularly.

Attending the gym regularly and prioritising my health helped to build my confidence and has given me more of a happier lifestyle. As a result, after I finished college I completed my Personal Training qualification so that I could pass on my knowledge and experiences.

That’s why I am here for anyone and to help anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable, confident or just simply wants to get fit, I’m here to help.
