My passion for fitness and weight training naturally led me to join the fitness industry. I’ve been training myself for over two decades, starting as a self-taught average gym goer, just copying the others in the gym. Now, looking back, I wish I had sought out a fitness professional, who could have cut back the years of me trying and failing to learn training techniques and methods, and explain the importance of replenishing my body with the right foods and supplements.
As a Personal Trainer myself, years later, my aim is to help those who may struggle or even feel a little awkward in the gym. Every athlete started as a beginner, so don’t be afraid to ask for help.
My clientele is varied and diverse, from young/middle-aged adults, looking to achieve goals such as weight loss, get leaner/toned physique, increase overall strength, all the way to the older generation wanting to remain fit and healthy and injury free. Whether you are a newbie, or someone who needs a little kick to progress further, I sure can help you.
