I’ve been involved in the fitness industry as both a client and a personal trainer now for over 10 years, and I’ve experienced being overweight wanting to lose weight, and also being underweight and wanting to bulk up, and I can finally say that I’ve now found the balance needed to maintain a healthy weight, a positive body image and a happy home life, so I want to do the same for you. 

I know how challenging  the last few years have been for everyone not only fitness wise but also mental health wise. We’ve all had to make changes and sacrifices so that we could adapt to “the new normal”. Therefore as YOUR personal trainer, it is my responsibility to help YOU create new and sustainable habits to not only improve your physical health and fitness, but also help you to feel “better”.
