Hi I'm Jody
I completed my degree in Fitness and Personal training in 2019. I have studied many different aspects of Health and Fitness including Anatomy and Physiology, Exercise Psychology, Sports nutrition and Corrective exercise and Sports Massage. Here at Pure Gym Poole I offer 1-1 and Small Group Personal training to those of all abilities from the absolute gym beginner to experienced gym goers. I will create a programme personally tailored to you and provide you with top quality coaching, nutrition advice and support throughout your fitness journey, not just inside the gym but also breaking down on those bad habits and struggles in your day to day life. I have worked with a vast variety of clients the majority females with goals of fat loss, though I also specialise in training clients with health conditions such as post stroke and cancer rehabilitation improving their quality of life.
