If you haven’t got a plan in place and are just jumping from machine to machine or going on whatever is free then your gym sessions essentially have no meaning. Your sessions are not helping you to progress towards your goal and because of this you start to doubt yourself and have a whole manner of different thoughts and emotions going through your head. This will then lead to you starting to slowly slack off as you’ll be thinking to yourself its not worth it and you believe in your mind that you will never change and have the body you want.
