Hello, I'm Joel and I am a personal trainer at PureGym.
I am also a competitive powerlifter and I am working towards lifting the regional deadlift record. I lift for the disabled and non-abled British Powerlifting Federation.
I will develop a bespoke programme to help you achieve your desired goals. The programme will be motivational and engaging. I will target building muscle and toning body fat which will strengthen the body, and thereby help you gain self-confidence and wellbeing. I will also advise you on nutrition as the combination of nutrition and exercise are key to unlocking a fitter, healthier, happier you.
I have extensive knowledge and experiences in Fitness and Nutrition. My own personal experiences have given me the desire and ambition to promote the benefits of developing health and fitness. Helping others become engaged in fitness, or to take a step to the next level, is something that I really enjoy being part of.
