Hi, I’m John. Over the last three years I’ve undergone a monumental life change all associated with fitness. I suffered a life-changing injury as a child that has left me with a permanent disability and for many years I thought this would rule my life. Then through support and positive thinking I was able to gain a new lease of life and over three years of intense training and psychological conditioning I found myself competing and winning the XFS male transformation award. From then onwards I strived to keep my fitness level to the highest level of perfection while studying for my qualification as a Personal Trainer.
When you work with me my goal will always be to provide you with the highest standard of training and service as well as care for your body and mind. You will always decide the level of progress you are comfortable with, although there will be times that I will challenge. Trust me I know how daunting it can be for anyone walking into the gym for the first time as I was in that position myself but when you take those first steps over the door the journey begins.
