Although I had a gym membership for the majority of the time since I was 16 years old, gained a decent amount of knowledge about training and nutrition, regularly cycled around London, and ran the odd 5k, I actually didn't truly fall in love with fitness until my best mate's wife introduced me to CrossFit in early 2018.

Combining this new-found enthusiasm for high intensity training with my regular yoga and meditation practice that I had established a few years earlier allowed me to completely transform inside and out.

In early 2018 I took a trip to Rishikesh, India, in order to learn more about traditional Ashtanga yoga and Pranayama (breath control), before returning to London and studying to become a qualified gym instructor and Personal Trainer.

My mission is to share the various training techniques that inspired me, and hopefully empower people both physically and mentally, in order for them to become the best version of themselves.

Maybe you find conventional weight training intimidating, struggle to enjoy cardio, or have trouble finding the time or motivation to follow a fitness routine and reach your goals. Perhaps you feel in your element in the yoga studio, but have struggled to find the same connection with the gym environment. I've been there, and hopefully I can use my personal experiences to help you out of your fitness rut.

Few things worth having in life come easily, but that doesn't mean they need to be a chore. Fitness programmes can and should be fun and exciting, and delivered in a way that inspires you as an individual.
