Very quick hello from me. I've been with PureGym for a couple of years and have many years experience having previously competed to a high standard in long jump and coached football both here and in the States.
My main interest through my study and experience is based around mindset and how training helps you to be more productive.
My specialization (not exclusively) is males 30-40, with a lack of time, external pressures from work and family and have struggled with life after competitive sport, who want to get back to those days of feeling energetic, focused, confident and to be assured of your physical capabilities.
If you are willing to make a few small habit changes over a period of time and be honest with the real struggles you are facing, then I can guarantee results.
The hours of my business are:
Monday - Thursday 10am-3pm
Sunday 12noon - 2pm
