Jon Clarke

Having spent 9 years in coaching I understand the impact that proper training can have on the quality of someone’s life. Improving physical competency is extremely empowering, whether that is movement, strength, or physique based. 

 

I have been constantly learning throughout the 9 years and have worked with a huge range of clients under many fantastic mentors. Whether a professional athlete or someone with a disability, young or old, I have experience creating long term positive change with a variety of methods. My overall goal with each client is to help them understand the athletic potential that everyone has. 

 

As a competitive Powerlifter myself I have won National Medals in Squat and Deadlift, and own the South West deadlift record in my weight class.

 

I am friendly, approachable, empathetic, and knowledgeable.
