Hi, my name is  Jon

My goal as a Personal Trainer is to have a positive impact on you physically and mentally.  My aim is to also leave you with greater knowledge. I believe the mind is a powerful tool and once your mentality is positive, it will have a positive effect on your results and physical changes. If I can get you to believe, then you will achieve. I am also qualified Sports Therapists, which means aside from personal training I have knowledge in prevention and treatment of injuries as well as rehabilitation and recovery.

I myself have always had a passion for fitness, from young I’ve been involved in different types of sports mainly football. Since 2017, my priority in training has been muscle building which I love and it has further increased my passion for fitness. This has played a massive part in me wanting to share the knowledge I have collected over the years and help others accomplish their fitness goals. If your goals are to gains muscle, lose weight or simply become fitter I can assist you. My services also include non-stop support system for all clients.
