I love going to the gym, but with my travel lifestyle, a gym isn't always available. Keeping my fitness up is essential, so I combined my life with my work and started out as a Personal Trainer in Scotland back in 2016 and then in Ireland, before moving to Malta. I specialise in creating workout programmes for fellow travellers, but I actually prefer heavy lifting so I love staying somewhere long enough to get into the gym!
I enjoy strength training, especially the three lifts (Bench, Squat, and Deadlift), and I focus on increasing my strength-to-weight ratio rather than bulking. You will most likely find me at the free weights section.
I also enjoy boxing and martial arts...there's nothing like taking it all out on a punching bag! I teach these classes and would love to train you whether you’ve never thrown a punch or you’re a semi-pro.
I have always been passionate about fitness and exercise from my early years, and I even won many competitions in various sports, particularly in martial arts.
I love learning new methods and techniques to help improve myself and to help others. I also always try to teach in a thorough and calm way, which I learned to do as Scuba Diving instructor, helping folks push past fears to achieve new goals.
My attitude with fitness is that it’s all about finding the right balance for your health. There’s no need to be perfect, but finding your perfect balance to be healthy, to stay fit, and to still have fun is what we’re after. I'm here to help you find your perfect balance whenever you’re ready.
I look forward to training you!
