Hi there, if you’re reading this it means you’re interested in improving your health and finding a coach that will give you the knowledge and tools to achieve your fitness goals. So, who am I, what’s my experience and what can I do for you?
Background - I’ve acquired over 10 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry now. I studied Exercise Science and Nutrition at university where I spent three years in labs testing athlete’s health, researching journals on how the body works and prescribing training protocols to improve it.
Personally, I played at a representative level in both rugby union and league undergoing sports specific training pushing the body to its limits and most recently I’ve completed a weight loss journey (70lbs! for those who like numbers). Now I’m sharing my knowledge and expertise from these experiences through Personal Training to help others get the results they want.
Method - Well, how do we achieve the results you want? I don’t subscribe to fad diets or gym bro talk, I utilise flexible dieting, where no food is off limits, and varying training methods to suit your ability. Everything I do is based on science, it’s been researched, it’s been tested, it works!
Prospective clients - I want to work with people of all age ranges who are committed to making a change. Having been there myself, I understand how difficult it can be to break bad habits, motivate yourself to exercise, eat well or just find that work/life balance. The only three things I ask from my clients are dedication, punctually and honesty. If you can give me those three things, I guarantee you, you will get the results you want!
