Hi, I’m Jordan and I’m a Personal Trainer at PureGym Stockport.
Sports and fitness have always been a vital part of my life. From a young age, I have been around a number of different sports from football, sprinting to mixed martial arts. Training for these sports has taught me a lot of different styles and techniques to improve fitness and sports performance.
I am also passionate about powerlifting and Olympic weight lifting which has made me a technique perfectionist with a barbell. I am currently studying injury rehab, corrective exercise plus sport performance enhancement to broaden my knowledge further.
