Hi my name is Jordan Reid,
Since the age of 16 I’ve been involved in sport and fitness.
I studied at college for 2 years, as well as working in gyms to gain experience and an understanding of how people like to train.
My passion for fitness has allowed me to gain a lot of experience in the ways of how a gym works and has helped me realise that everyone approaches exercise for different reasons.
I personally enjoy weight training and seeing what barriers I can break down, pushing myself to the limits and creating new goals.
I hope I can encourage more people to visit the gym and realise it’s not a place to be feared.
