Hello, I’m Jordan.
I was brought up to live an active lifestyle and was involved in a variety of sports from a young age. At 20 I discovered how rewarding a simple workout a few times a week can be, both physically and mentally. Eight years on and I’m fully qualified to coach and inform you on the benefits of fitness, and how to achieve confidence within your body and peace within your mind.
Looking good makes us feel good – FACT, but without goals we have no direction, and vague ideas will only produce vague results. I offer person-centred training because everybody is an individual and we all have different motivations and reasons specific to ourselves for what we do. Setting SMART goals may sound cheesy, but it’s a proven method to success whilst remaining versatile. A carpenter measures three times so that he only has to cut once.
Everybody has their own starting point, but accountability is an important part of the process, it’s my job to provide that, enabling us to work together to get you to where you want to be. You’re entitled to look in the mirror and be objective about how you want to look, how you want to feel, and what you want to achieve.
