My fitness journey started not just from a decision to change my body and improve my fitness but also as an opportunity to help change my mindset. Training offered a positive activity to help me through a difficult time in my life, so I started training every day and soon began noticing the impact it had on my mental health. Seeing this change I decided to embark on a journey to learn more about training eventually leading me towards training as a Personal Trainer.
With my qualification, I started training others, and myself, not to just get fitter, stronger, or improve my sport performance but to change the way people feel and show them the effects exercise can have on both the mind and body.
Because of everything I learned I set up Venture PT and Coaching to train groups and individuals to change their bodies and minds, to lead a healthier lifestyle and to spread the word of how important exercise is.
If you are interested in training to improve physically and mentally I offer 1-2-1 sessions or bring friends and train as a group. I also offer outdoor circuit training to get groups together and have fun outdoors.
