Throughout my life I've always been interested and a firm believer in the connection between fitness and wellbeing. I've trained myself from a young age and aided my friends and family with the knowledge and technique I have equipped and learnt over five years of being present in gyms. Whether that be increasing muscle mass, losing body-fat, toning up or for general fitness and a healthier lifestyle both physically and mentally. Everyone’s goals may be different but can always be reachable.
In high school I enjoyed playing rugby, athletics and football. Representing my school and local club in rugby got me into the right mind frame to work towards big goals and reaching the central Yorkshire team and Leeds Carnegie academy made me feel like I achieved those goals. This makes me believe that I can help anyone with their goals.
The first time I stepped into a gym in my early teen days was scary at first and I lacked consistency and knowledge in all exercises, I had low self esteem like most teenagers at the beginning but everyone starts from somewhere and I always wanted to look and feel better so I didn’t give up.
