Hello! My name is Josiah, but most people call me Jay.
I started out as a long-distance runner and then found a true passion for weight training in the gym through social media. Since then, I have been training as a powerlifter and bodybuilder for the past five years.
Through the years, and becoming a qualified Personal Trainer, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge to provide new, fun and exciting ways to train and achieve your goals no matter how large or small.
My training sessions have been known to be tough, but it is my grantee that you’ll come away feeling completely proud and accomplished.
