Hi, I’m Julie.
I work mostly with people who are either first timers to exercise or wanting to get back in to exercise after a break.
As well as being a Personal Trainer I’m also a mother of three children who has struggled with her weight, nutrition and general fitness in the past. I understand how the pressures of a busy life can get in the way of good nutrition, how having children can make you feel like you’ve lost your own identity and how difficult it can seem to get that much needed exercise.
If you’re nervous about exercise and intimidated by the gym, let me and my journey help you realise your potential and achieve your goals. I know just how you feel because I've been there myself!
