Justin Fanning

My philosophy in regards to fitness is simple: Believe, Train and Achieve. My aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whatever your reason for training, I'm more than happy to help you in whatever way I can. I would describe myself as friendly, approachable and passionate about everything and everyone that I put my time and energy into.

For me training is more than just lifting weights and improving general fitness levels. It's about feeling empowered in every aspect of your lives. The principles and techniques I will teach you will not only get your body in a fitter and healthier condition, but I will help make your mental motivation at an all-time high and you will adopt the philosophy that overcoming obstacles and achieving goals is something that you can and will achieve! 

I've competed in men's physique so I know first hand what it takes to push the body to its limits in terms of dieting, fat loss, muscle building, general body toning and preparing for competitions. Feel free to come and approach me at any time with any questions you may have or even just to say hi. I look forward to meeting you all! Banter is always welcome. I'm always friendly, approachable and fun to be around. One of my favourite quotes is "If the mind can't conceive it, the body won't achieve it."
