Kaley McCullough

My passion for fitness began whilst I was serving as a Police officer for Essex Police. I found myself in many situations that required me to be physically fit and both mentally and physically strong in order to stay safe. If I wasn’t jumping over fences, breaking up fights or running across fields, I was in a kickboxing session or preparing for my next fitness test. I soon came to realise that health and fitness is all I wanted to focus my attention on.

My history of training people expands over all age groups, medical backgrounds and levels of fitness. I’ve trained men and women from 18 right up to 88 years old.

My approach is compassionate, patient and kind. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease with me because you’ll get results quicker this way than you would with a formal, intimidating approach.

I’ve been overweight myself in the past, I was four stone heavier than I am now and classed as unhealthy. I lacked energy and confidence and I never wanted to go out. I lost the whole lot without taking part in a single diet. The principles of fat loss are simple but are often made complicated by people and groups trying to make money out of the masses.

I’ll make sure your training is enjoyable, easy to follow and sustainable. We’ll follow a programme designed specifically for you and your lifestyle, this is how you get results.
