I have been hooked on health and fitness ever since I first set foot in a gym at the tender age of 16! To me, there is nothing better than helping someone change their life for the better. My aim is to encourage, motivate and inspire you to become the best version of yourself through a mutual commitment to a happier, healthier and balanced lifestyle.

My style of training is heavily weighted towards improving your mental wellbeing; feeling better about yourself, your ability to succeed and your achievements on your journey. Yes, I also cater for aesthetic goals (who doesn’t want to feel great in their clothes) but I believe it all starts with building confidence and self-esteem. Do you find exercise a bit of a tough task to motivate yourself on at the moment? Just joined the gym and have no idea where to start? That’s where I can help. Exercise should be enjoyable and fun, as well as challenging, so that barriers can be broken and steps forward can be taken. Training with me will ensure that you get the maximum benefits and the most laughs along the way - who says it’s all got to be commanding and demanding!

With my keen interest in nutrition, you’ll often find me in my kitchen experimenting with various recipes – I appreciate that nutrition can be the toughest part when trying to improve your health and lifestyle, and I’m super passionate about re-educating and showing people that healthy eating doesn’t have to be dull, boring or repetitive.

My opening times are as follows:

Monday: 7am-12pm / 4pm-9pm

Tuesday: 6.30am-12pm / 4pm-8pm

Wednesday: 6am-1pm

Thursday: 6.30am-12pm

Friday: 7.30am-12.30pm
