I decided to become a Personal Trainer to help others with their own fitness journey having battled with my own body issues in the past and understand the importance of needing guidance and encouragement to live a healthier lifestyle and appreciate the true determination and effort that is required when wanting to change.
I went from a size 16-18 to a size 10-12 (total weight loss of about 16kg) and I know how much of a difference this kind of achievement can make to someone both physically and mentally. This is something I want to pass onto my clients allowing each person to feel better and more confident about themselves. Whether this is fat loss, increasing your fitness level, gain some lean muscle, or improving your flexibility and mobility.
My top priority is getting you results in a way that teaches you to do it yourself and maintain your results.
