Hi, I'm Katy and I'm here to help you achieve your goals!
Being fit and healthy hasn't always come easily to me and, in fact, five years ago I weighed around 14 stone and I felt extremely unhappy with the way I looked. But with consistent and manageable changes to my diet and activity levels I succeeded in losing nearly four stone and I have kept it off ever since!
I now want to share my secrets for success with you, and support you on your journey. Sessions with me will be fun and varied, as I believe you need to enjoy fitness in order to make it part of your life. My service to you goes further than just the sessions, however, and you can contact me whenever you feel you need to.
