I believe that health and fitness are about finding the right balance that suits you, your interests and your lifestyle. It's important to me to create bespoke plans that challenge you, that will push you to reach goals and be engaging and enjoyable.
Balance is key for me, and I believe many others, in supporting mental, physical and emotional health. Enjoying a huge range of physical activities from yoga to rugby, I can share with you in your interest and drive you to turn them into passions.
