I started my fitness journey with my self improvement, I was overweight and unhappy with how I felt and looked in the mirror.
I was never a confident person and the gym helped me find my confidence and work on my appearance.
The first step was getting my mindset right and understanding that to reach my goals I needed to make changes to my lifestyle and eating habits.
