Since young, fitness has been a big part of my life, starting with a background in competitive dance. My main focus has now become lifting and functional training, pushing myself to be the strongest, healthiest and most confident I can be.

Let's not forget recovery is key and just as important as training. I am a fully qualified massage therapist, with a specialist qualification in deep tissue recovery massage.
