Hi my name is Kerry Larkin,
I have been interested in sport and fitness from a very young age. As I got older I wanted to learn more and develop my knowledge within fitness and now I want to use that knowledge to help others reach their goals.
For me going to the gym has made me more confident in myself and helped me have a more positive outlook on life. Going to the gym has a lot more benefits that just physical and it doesn't have to be boring or daunting. Everyone has different likes and dislikes, you need to find what works for you and what you enjoy.
