I started attending the gym as a member to work on my own fitness, strength and body goals. Although I had a ballet dance background I was not sure what steps I needed to take. After completing my Personal Training course I was confident about achieving my goals and helping others.
I enjoy supporting and encouraging others to achieve their goals through the best ways possible including customised workouts to nutritional guidance. I have a strong belief that working on your body helps the mind and body to excel in any goals set.
