Kieran Maltman

Just a quick hello from myself and then on to the stuff you need to know about, I am a fully qualified REPS approved Level 3 Personal Trainer - however I am always continuously learning and trying to improve the quality of my service. I am one of those oddballs in life, that has a real passion for exercise and fitness, as I have been involved with the industry all my life, I first started working out full time in the gym over four years ago now and it gave me real confidence in watching my body change and develop, I would like to pass on my experiences and knowledge onto others to help them gain the same confidence with their own bodies.

What you can expect from my service –

The working commitment from my side is always 100% completely based on an individual’s needs as everyone is unique and different so everyone must be handled in a different way. I will focus on making the programmes completely based around you and your needs, as often these fad diet plans and workout regimes are far too difficult to stick to in reality.

I want to work with individuals that want to change their lifestyle, as getting into shape requires both exercise in my opinion the ‘fun bit’ but also most importantly changing your diet and habits (the bit that everyone hates - myself included!) I want to help people in any way I can, such as helping to improve their self-confidence through exercise which is also a natural stress relief, or it might be that you just want to get fit and have a good chat. If you are honest with me and give it 100% commitment, then I can guarantee results.

8am-10am/ 1pm- 3pm / 7pm-9pm
