I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness and after several years in a completely different field, I decided to turn that passion into a career and went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer.
I know first-hand just how much of an impact fitness and nutrition can have on an individual both physically and mentally. Having been through my own fitness and weight loss journey, my aim whilst working here at PureGym is to help people see that no goal is unreachable or unattainable regardless of how big or small it may seem!
I believe that any barrier can be broken down with the right attitude, training and dedication. I’ll encourage, support and push you to where you need to be and I’ll believe in you when you lose belief in yourself!
