I have been involved in fitness for many years now and when I'm not training clients you will usually find me in the gym working on getting closer to my own goals.
Helping people is a big motivator of mine, and it's probably the reason I decided to qualify as a Personal Trainer - so I could spend my time helping people in the gym. Long term, I want to expand my knowledge and would love to help people with disabilities overcome any barriers they may have to going to the gym - both mental and physical barriers.
