I have always been passionate about health & fitness and the benefits behind it.

I started teaching sports when I was just 14, instructing martial arts to all age ranges and enjoyed helping them improve their fitness levels and knowledge of the sport.

I have been a personal trainer now for 4 years and have helped clients improve themselves both mentally and physically to reach the best of their ability.
