All of my life I’ve been involved in sports. From football, all the way to kickboxing and everything in between!
However, through the ages of 11 & 12, I had a break from sports. In that time, I ate too much, never exercised and was left being horrendously overweight. During that time I also started high school. I had no confidence, was self conscious and was left feeling completely lost by my weight gain. I quickly decided enough was enough and I learned how to lose the weight. I did it, gained my confidence back, was proud of the way I looked and I haven’t looked back since.
