Hi there! I'm Kyle you may have noticed me around the gym, I can assure you I'm not as grumpy as I look!

As a Coach, I empower busy folk with professional office-based work to become the most powerful version of themselves! If this interests you and you would like to know more get in touch!

We have a few different styles of coaches/trainers here at PureGym Boucher, to help narrow down your search for the correct professional here are a few things that indicate I am not the right person for you:

  1. You think that coming to train with me once per week will suffice. It won't.
  2. You think that if you have a Coach/PT you can eat whatever you want and as much of it as you want still progress towards your goal. You won't.
  3. You think that there is an easy way or one simple trick to it all. There isn’t. You will have to work hard and the harder you work the more progress you will see!
  4. You think weekend calories don’t count. They do.
  5. You have a lack of banter. You’ll be laughing or crying. I'll be laughing.

The bottom line is that if you work hard enough you will achieve your goals.

If you want your body to look like it never has, you will need to take it to a place it's never been before, push your body to its absolute limits and come out the other side stronger.
