Hey, I am Lara!

My passion and mission is to change people’s lifestyles by improving the value of it through sport and exercise. No matter what your goal is, I will create a challenging workout and training programme to take you to your limits. It will be gratifying, efficient and based on each individual's life outside the gym.

Having graduated in Physical Education and Sport Science at university I decided that I would dedicate the rest of my life to change people’s approach to exercise and fitness, making it enjoyable and attractive, but never feeling it as an obligation.

I’ve got over four years’ experience in Muscle building, Endurance workout, Weight loss strategies, Body confidence, Sport specific training (Running, Football, Boxing, etc.) and Injury prevention and recovery.

I am a specialist in Women Fitness as well as Pre-and Post-natal training. As women, we have a different anatomical structure and physiologic functions during the different life phases which must be taken into account. My passion is to identify those needs and create a training programme to maximise health, fitness and overall wellbeing for all women.

I love what I do and I work hard every day to improve myself and those who are training with me. I truly believe that your health and fitness is the best investment you can make. HEALTHY BODY + HEALTHY MIND = HAPPY LIFE.
