Having played football both professionally and recently semi-professionally I have been around the fitness industry from a young age, gaining experience on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
My passion is motivating others into making positive lifestyle changes that will, in turn, help them reach their fitness goals, whatever they are.
I'm a firm believer in hard work, if you work hard you will reach your goals. That, along with my knowledge, my motivation and my support inside and away from the gym, together we'll leave the 'quick fix' mentality behind.
