I have been into sports and fitness since a very young age and always loved being active. I have been training myself intermittently for around six years and have built up a sound understanding and knowledge base in this time; allowing me to offer extensive support for all your training needs.
My passion involves anything outdoors or getting muddy! I have been part of local rugby teams, ran multiple Obstacle Course Races (Total Warrior, X-Runner, Mud Runner), half marathons and local charity runs. I also love being out on the trails and walking in the Peaks.
