Over the past few years, I’ve made positive changes to my mind and body all whilst working a busy full-time job as a Teacher. I remember being intimidated by the weights area but desperately wanted to get in there and build some feminine curves. But I did it and you can too!
I found a love of fitness and transformed my body. I knew there were many individuals like me, so recently I made the best decision to coach them to do the same!
I know the struggles of balancing work and health but anybody can do it with the right support and guidance! I work with individuals to achieve their own goals but also to develop positive relationships, not only with the gym and nutrition but to love their body too.
