I started my fitness journey as someone who was clueless about fitness, unconfident in the way I looked and genuinely terrified of being in the gym, but I was determined to change my life for a happier and healthier me. I began to learn about exercise technique and execution, nutrition, and the fundamentals needed for change, and my fear of fitness soon turned into a passion. I now strive towards inspiring others to feel empowered through their own fitness journeys and offer guidance, support, and motivation to enable them to be the best version of themselves.
