I come from a sporting background. When I left school I played professional football for a club called Gillingham but unfortunately I had to retire at the age of 18 due to injury.
I now do mixed martial arts, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai and have done for the past year.
My main purpose as a Personal Trainer is to guarantee you the results you are looking for in a very short space of time.
