For me, the gym represents an opportunity to socialise; it is fun to learn new skills and chase after your goals whilst meeting new people. The gym is my time to de-stress and who does not love the by-products of feeling fitter and healthier. This in-turn has supported me in finding my confidence out with the gym.
I can relate that your gym experience may currently differ from mine, I will never forget the anxiety and self-consciousness I experienced at the start of my journey.
Where I come in is that I am an energetic and fun Personal Trainer who truly believes that we can find the enjoyment in the gym for you. The good news is that I design every programme for the individual, whatever your schedule, whatever your perceived barriers, no matter your aspirations.
